It can be difficult to know which connectors, cables or wires to choose for a project. What you consider to be the best option may be difficult to obtain, very expensive, or the tooling costs may be high.
There are many “pitfalls”, and this is where the AKS Group makes its extensive range of machinery and tools, as well as its expertise and many years of experience, available.
Assembly Techniques
Examples of some of the assembly techniques include: crimping, soldering, pressing and cutting techniques. These are all techniques that AKS Industries has fully mastered and, with its experienced employees and more than 40 years in the field, the company can be said to be at the forefront when it comes to expertise in cable assembly.
All types of cables and connectors are assembled using a very wide range of machines and tools, as well as specially trained personnel who fully master all cable assembly techniques.
Cable Marking
In addition to assembling cables and connectors, we can provide hot-stamped cable marking, for example with part numbers. We also offer inkjet cable marking as well as other types of identification and labelling.
AKS Industries can also provide full traceability for assembled cables. Cables can be individually packed in bags and labelled with their part number, ready to be placed directly into inventory.
Quality Testing
Finally, it is important to note that 100% of all cables supplied by AKS Industries are tested. We do not rely on random sampling – every single cable is tested.
