AKS Industries is a total supplier within cable assembly, mechanical assembly, PCB assembly, plastic encapsulation, etc. Through substantial investments in fully and semi-automatic production equipment, a subcontracting company specialising in PCB assembly, equipment assembly and cable assembly has been created, placing it at the forefront and enabling it to meet most customer requirements.

With more than 40 years of experience, AKS Industries has acquired the technologies necessary for handling and assembling all types of cables. We master technologies for multi-conductor cables, wire harnesses, flat cables, coaxial cables, induction soldering, encapsulation, Macromelt moulding and all forms of equipment assembly. Everything is manufactured according to customer specifications.

Cooperation
AKS Industries can meet customers’ requirements within PCB assembly and cable systems in terms of volume, product range and form of cooperation. We offer a wide range of different customer-adapted forms of cooperation, such as outsourcing, prototypes, small series and complex series.
If required, we are happy to prepare drawings and other documentation necessary for your particular project. AKS Industries also offers product development, packaging and distribution according to the customers’ requirements.

Outsourcing
Several companies wish to outsource their PCB assembly as well as wire and cable assembly. In this connection, AKS Industries offers to enter into dialogue with the customer about possibly taking over inventory, equipment and employees.

Low-Cost
Recognizing the lower production costs that can be achieved outside Denmark, AKS Industries has established production at its own factory in Poland, under Danish management.
We are therefore able to handle rapid pilot production runs and [product maturation] at our factory in Hvidovre. For labour-intensive and larger production runs, it is possible to have production sourced through us to a low-cost country.
As we have daily transport between AKS Poland Sp. z o.o. in Świnoujście, Poland, and AKS Industries in Hvidovre, logistics and delivery times are not an obstacle.

Flexibility
Through good cooperation with suppliers of raw materials, rapid changeover times in our production, and our prototype shop, where personnel work exclusively on samples and pilot production runs, we can very quickly obtain an overview of how and when we can best assist a customer when and if an urgent situation arises.
With us, customers gain access to specialised knowledge of PCB assembly, cables and wires, and we can provide solution and improvement proposals that improve our customers’ competitiveness.
