Combining metal sheets by spot welding, is a signature forte of A.K.S. Metalindustri. Our employees have spent many years, improving their expertise, know-how, and general mastery of this welding method, which is fast and provides minimal heat input with minimal warping as a result.
We spot weld most metals and are leading specialists in the field of aluminum spot welding.
A.K.S. Metalindustri use spot welders running on both AC and DC. Our largest DC spot welder, with a spread of 1350 mm, can weld aluminum plate in thicknesses of up to 6+6 mm in. This spot welder is built and approved to produce according to the demanding MIL standards.
